Foundation & DPC Progress Update – Oakview Horizon Homes

Construction is progressing steadily at Oakview Horizon Homes.

We have successfully completed the foundation works and are currently at the Damp Proof Course (DPC) stage, ensuring proper moisture control and long-term structural integrity. Hardcore filling, blinding, and reinforcement preparations have been carefully executed in line with engineering specifications.

This stage is critical, as it forms the base that protects the superstructure from rising damp and ensures durability over time. With this milestone achieved, the project is now well positioned to move into the next phase of blockwork and vertical construction.
